CLUB WRESTLING SESSION I JUST COMPLETED AND SESSION II HAS STARTED:
.... OUR CLUB / TRAVELING SESSION II JUST STARTED ON JANUARY 3rd - THE SECOND SESSION (II) - Rudy James will be the head coach again for the 10th year. This program is structured for ages K to 8th grade with no minimum experience required. Unlike the In-House VAA program starting later in January, the club program provides coaching that is more advanced (college level coaching) and it provides additional practice opportunities and the option for attending and competing in weekend local tournaments around the Twin Cities against other community participants. The VAA program competes within the program only where the coach has more opportunity to provide match-ups of equal experience and the approach to the sport is more introductory with an emphasis on fun.

OTHER WRESTLING OPPORTUNITY INFORMATION:
... 1) CLUB/TRAVELING WRESTLING PROGRAM: Session III (Freestyle & Greco) will start directly after Session II has been completed.
... 2) 2012 - VAA IN-HOUSE PROGRAM: On-line registration is open and will remain open to the end of January 2012 with other VAA winter program signups. Walk-in signups will be available the first day of the season and on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Apple Valley Community Center. Look under Community Wrestling Documents for more information and the initial season schedule. This introductory focused program will start January 24, 2012 and finish with an end of the year tournament on March 10, 2012.
